Welcome to Comanche Wilderness Outfitters, your go-to destination for hunting in Colorado. With several hundred thousand acres of private land and top-notch USDA Forest Service Permits in the Rocky Mountains, we offer some of the best hunting opportunities in the state and beyond. Our hunters dominated the Best of Species Contest held by the Colorado Outfitters Association for years until its discontinuation.

PERMITS & LICENSES
Our areas consist of thousands of acres of private lands as well as US Forest Service Permits in mountainous areas in Colorado for elk, deer, bighorn sheep, mountain goat, mountain lion, and moose, some of which are truly one-of-a-kind areas bordering the unhunted, 265,000-acre Rocky Mountain National Park. We also hold a BLM Permit in the North Park area of North Central Colorado for moose and pronghorn. These areas require a draw for licenses, but we also get landowner vouchers for elk, deer, and pronghorn annually.
